A Brief History
The area is rich in the lore of the Rockies and this unique property was finally homesteaded by the Campsall family in the 1920s and since then has been used for ranching operations and Christmas Tree culture.

The current owner is a New Zealander, avid fly-fisherman and outdoorsman who has initiated numerous enhancements to restore and conserve the property and its ecology. His goal has been to develop the property’s ecogeo-tourism potential while maintaining harmony with the existing farming activities.
